One of our goals here at SMNA is to keep residents informed of current events, county projects, and proposals that may affect San Martin.

Projects planned for San Martin are in various stages of development and approval, some of these are very significant and have tremendous effect on our local environment, while others are consistent with our rural nature.

Housing Element

The Housing Element is a mandatory element, or chapter, of the General Plan that primarily addresses the housing needs of unincorporated Santa Clara County.

Current Planning & Projects

New, private development projects are constantly being reviewed for compliance with Planning and Environmental regulations. Many of these projects involve community outreach and meetings.
