Gilroy – High Speed Rail Meeting

On December 6, 2017 at 6:00 PM Gilroy City Council will hold a Study Session to discuss both the possibility of a High Speed Rail alignment along the Highway 101 corridor in Gilroy and the three alignments currently being evaluated by the High Speed Rail Authority. This meeting will take place in Council Chambers at Gilroy City Hall located at 7351 Rosanna Street.

At the request of the Gilroy City Council, the California High Speed Rail Authority has investigated the feasibility of constructing the high speed rail line and station along the Highway 101 corridor in Gilroy and will be presenting the results of the investigation at the December 6th meeting.  This meeting is part of an ongoing process by City Council which includes studying the different alignment options being considered by the High Speed Rail Authority in the hopes of influencing the eventual alignment.  Members of the public are welcome to attend and express their opinions.
